1. Acceptance

By using solarstand.site or ordering from Solar Stand, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services and quotes

We supply, fabricate and install solar panel mounting structures. Quotes are valid for 15 days and are based on the information you provide. Changes to site conditions or specifications may change the price.

3. Orders and payment

Work begins after written confirmation and any agreed advance payment. The balance is due as stated in your quote or on completion.

4. Delivery and installation

Dates are estimates. Delays caused by weather, site access or third parties are not our liability. You must provide safe access to the site.

5. Warranty

Our structures carry the warranty described in the Refund and warranty policy. Damage from misuse, modification by others or natural disasters is not covered.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Solar Stand is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of power generation or profit.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos and designs, belongs to Solar Stand and may not be copied without permission.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version is always on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of your local jurisdiction.
