Refund and warranty policy

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before fabrication starts for a full refund of the advance. After fabrication starts, we may retain the cost of materials and work done.

Defective products

If a stand has a manufacturing defect, tell us within 7 days of delivery or installation and we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Warranty

Our structures are warrantied against manufacturing defects and rust-through for the period stated on your invoice.

What is not covered

Damage from accidents, extreme weather beyond design limits, changes made by others, or poor maintenance.

How to claim

Contact us with your invoice number and photos of the problem. We will inspect and respond within 5 working days.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are paid within 14 working days using the original payment method.

Replace the placeholder business details with your own and have a local lawyer review these documents.
